Representative projects include:

advising providers of online behavioural advertising services on their contractual relationships and data protection and privacy solutions
assisting a large mobile transaction network with the development of its existing business-to-business services and its expansion into new areas
advising Europe’s largest online digital photo service on its consumer-facing and business-to-business relationships
assisting typeface designers with adapting to web-based distribution of their fonts

Liam has acted for digital businesses ever since the inception of web-based, and latterly mobile-based, commerce – often from an early stage (such as mBlox) until divestment (as in the case of FriendsReunited).
